How to setup SQL Alert on any error in SQL Server

I am looking for any possible ways to setup SQL Server Alerts on any error that occurs in SQL Server, is there a simple way to achieve this?

I know, I can configure separate SQL Server Event Alerts based on severity, but I am just trying to find if is there way to setup single SQL Server event alert for severity between 17 to 25.
