What is the difference between Current_task_count vs active_workers_count in sys.dm_os_schedulers dmv? What is the difference between Task and Workers in the reference of this DMV>

Number of current tasks that are associated with this scheduler. 
(Executing+Runnable+Suspended)

 active_workers_count
Number of workers that are active. An active worker  must have an associated task, and is either running, runnable, or suspended. Is not nullable.

This is confusing.
