One of the tempdb data file is 99% free. I was trying to reorganizing it's size to 50% of free space which means Tempdb data file is 100 GB out of which 99 GB is free. I am trying to resize it to 50 GB. But it wont allow me. It says
DBCC SHRINKFILE: Page 1:11557424 could not be moved because it is a work table page.
But my question is when 99 GB free space is there, why does it just dont allow??
