How to restore extended stored procedure

I made a couple potentially serious rookie mistakes on a production SQL Server 2008 R2 server.  After you call me an idiot, I hope you can help me recover an object.    A vendor gave me a script to create database objects.  I inadvertently ran the script against Master.  It would have been nice if the vendor had included Create Database and Use statements in his script, but oh well, it's on me for not checking.  I set about deleting all objects in Master that didn't belong... anything outside of System folders.  However, I think I deleted one object that  may have belonged to another app... and extended stored proc called AzGenerateAudit located in the Extended Stored Procedures folder under the Programmability folder (I'm not referring to System Extended Stored Procedures).  I restored a backup of Master to a Dev server under a different name, hoping to compare the objects therein, but to my dismay, there is no Extended Stored Procedures folder in the restored database.  Can anyone explain why that is?  Thanks!
