Performance monitor-Memory pressure while using RoboCopy

We are running Sql server 2008 R2 in a clustered environment in
dell servers with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPUX5670  @ 2.93GHz, 2926 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
and 12 GB Ram installed. We are capturing counters thru performance monitors every 15 second
and analysing it by aggregarting it to the maximum, minimum and average  values.Following values
of the 2 counters are given for which I need an opinion for interperting it correctly. The
threshold values are taken from the quest chart.

Counter                           Minimum    Maximum    Average         Threshold Values(Quest)
Memory\Available MBytes  63            6728           4755.143        >100 MB
Memory\Pages/sec             0             73693.534   828.857         <1000

Although the average values are less than the threshold values we find that the threshold
values are breached while a robocopy is run to take backups for offsite storage between
7.30 AM to 9.00 AM. The Memory Available Mbytes during that period(between 7.30 Am to 9.Am) is
less that 100 Mb consistently and Memory\Pages/sec > 3000 or so. Does the readings indicate
a memory pressure and would Robocopy affect the system performance. Please advise on the matter.
Thanking in ancticipation
With regards
Binny Mathew
