Does anybody know why my table is no longer capturing Change Data Capture info? It was set and running for several months. We have not restored the database or table, did not take it offline or anything like that. We didn't drop and recreate
the table either. But now there is no CDC data in the data tables, no functions referring to the table, no CDC agent jobs, and the table we had set it on shows it's not being CDC'd. This is at least the second time this seems to have happened.
The database still has CDC enabled.
Is there any reason why CDC would disappear on a table without being switched off by someone? Nobody here apart from me would know how to do that.
