Hi All,
I am trying to find the exact CPU & Memory that a SQL instance is using. I have tried few perfmon options and DMV's. I am unable to get the accurate value that is being used by SQL Server .
The target server memory seems to show only the max memory configured for sql server. Say if 60GB RAM is allocated as MAX memory for SQL server the target server memory counter also shows the same.
Also i am not sure how the CPU utilization is calculated and obtained. Is there a way to get that information too?
I tried the below link but that does not hold good for SQL 2008 and above

A script that provides the exact utilization by SQL server would be really helpful.
