if you have a mirror or logshipping setup where the secondary database is not recovered, so each time the tran log is applied, the rolledback transactions are not rolled back.
and if in a DR failover situation you want to use the secondary database, then try to recover it, then will it not try to rollback all the transactions (from the time of the first syncup/restore tran log) and thus take a long time to get the database online?
