Linked Server is not working from Sql Server Agent

Hi All,

I have two sql Server instances(ServerA & ServerB) with same version(SQL Server 2012 Enterpraise edition) and created a linked server on ServerA to access ServerB.

I can browse the ServerB objects from ServerA using the below Query.

"SELECT * FROM ServerB.TEST_DB.DBO.Students".

I have crated Stored Proc with above query and Created a job to execute the SP. but whenever i Execute the following error is returned.

"Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI11" for linked server "SERVERB".
