Limit SQL agent jobs based on User rights...

Hello folks.  I'm trying to setup a Dev SQL Server 2008 R2 server for my Developers which are divided into two teams (Team A, B).  Each team can successfully create jobs, but upper management does not want Team A to see Team B's jobs and vice versa.  The jobs are simple SSIS packages and so at a package level we have security intact.  However, once scheduled in SQL Agent, either team can see all jobs.  I've at least categorized each set of jobs into two different Categories (Category A, B).  How can I now implement security such that Team A only sees jobs in Category A, and Team B only sees Category B's job?

If anyone has another approach to SQL agent jobs, I'd certainly love to hear it.  But the solution must not allow either team to see the other team's jobs.

Cheers, and many thanks in advance

Roz
