Service not starting in sql

hi all

  SQL server service is not starting, while i am  checking in error log its giving error like master database is damaged.but i am not having backup of master also, what shall i do pls guide me.

this is the error i am getting

 The log scan number (297:120:1) passed to log scan in database 'master' is not valid.
 This error may indicate data corruption or that the log file (.ldf) does not
 match the data file (.mdf). If this error occurred during replication,
 re-create the publication. Otherwise, restore from backup
 if the problem results in a failure during startup.
