partitioning

Hi Experts,

I want to do partitioning for my databases ,please clear my doubts:-

1.I have one SAN its (1 TB ) for 3 databases means A,B and C databases  

and i have distribute 1 TB to multiple logical drives (E,F,G,H)

Drives Databases

E driveA mdf ,C mdf

F driveA ndf,C ndf

G driveA ndf

H driveB mdf

And LDf is on system drive 

My question is if I am doing partitioning for B database and using one of them drive then performance will be improved or not.
